Danny's route to the marathon progresses, balancing a full training schedule with work and home commitments isn't without its challenges. 

"So – we’re on week 13 of the marathon schedule – and it’s been quite a journey thus far. The schedule continues to ramp up as the blend of intensity and duration of sessions are manipulated to drive my body and mind towards that elusive 3hr 15min competition goal.

A few weeks ago we met Dominic O'Sullivan as he stopped by locally on his 4 day cycle tour of Britain in aid of Scotty's Little Soldiers. After completing the ride we caught up with Dominic again and he gave us a breakdown of how it went, things he had to overcome and some stats from the ride.
