Building power based intervals into your workout can help get your body used to switching between its different aerobic and anaerobic energy systems and different levels of intensity.

Watts are a measure of your power output - the higher the reading the more effort and intensity you are exerting at any one time. You can view watts on the console display for both the Integrity Series Lifecycle Bike and Elliptical Cross Trainer consoles.
