We advertise our roles through www.lifefitness.co.uk and our social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. We also work with trusted recruitment partners who understand our business culture and purpose.

How do I apply for a job?

The easiest way to apply for a role with Life Fitness is to drop us an email uk.careers@lifefitness.com with your current CV along with a covering letter to explain your motivation behind your application.

What should I wear to my interview?

Wear exactly what you feel comfortable in.

Can I apply speculatively for future roles?

Absolutely, we would love to hear from you at any time. We are always seeking out rockstar talent!

What is the interview process?

Depending on the role, our interview process is normally broken down into 2 or 3 stages.

  1. An informal telephone discussion.  
  2. Coffee and informal meeting with the hiring manager and or team member.
  3. This would be followed up with a final stage interview, there may be an assessment or presentation task to be prepared for.
How long will my interview be?

We have no set timescales but anywhere from 45 minutes to one hour.

What if I need travel or accommodation for interview?

No problem, just let us know your requirements once you have been shortlisted.

What are your application deadlines?

We don’t work to application deadlines. Our careers inbox is monitored daily and we strive to reply to all applications in a timely manor.
